Mu33 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the mu33 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and Age Requirement
By registering an account or using the mu33 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the mu33 platform.
Use of the mu33 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have met the specified age requirement and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered on this platform. mu33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close or suspend any account suspected of being held by an underage individual.
These terms also apply to all access via mobile devices, applications, web browsers, and any other interface used to access mu33 services.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mu33 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active phone number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. mu33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following while using the mu33 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interfere with platform operations
- Sharing or transferring an account to another party li>Committing any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform
- Manipulating games or bets through unauthorised means
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that violates the stated conditions
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the mu33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are prohibited from using another person's account or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. All deposits made are final and non-reversible once a transaction has been successfully processed, except under circumstances stipulated by mu33.
Mu33 reserves the right to delay, review, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, stolen payment methods, or illegal activity. In such cases, mu33 may require additional identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the mu33 account holder. Attempts to withdraw funds to a third-party account will not be permitted. mu33 reserves the right to set deposit and withdrawal limits in accordance with operational requirements and applicable regulations.
Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely your responsibility. mu33 does not cover any additional costs arising from third parties during the transaction process.
Suspension, Account Closure, and Limitation of Liability
Mu33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances: the user violates any term set out in this document; the account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity; the user provided false information during registration; or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mu33 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the established withdrawal procedure.
Mu33 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes technical disruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Mu33's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, interfaces, and other materials found on the mu33 platform are the exclusive property of mu33 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use any such content without prior written consent from mu33.
The mu33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational or convenience purposes. mu33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Mu33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Your continued use of mu33 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mu33 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the parties involved. Should negotiation fail to reach a resolution, the parties agree to refer the dispute to the appropriate jurisdiction.
